I am a senior Human Resources professional with over 10 years of HR management experience within top blue chip multinational companies in Europe and the Middle East, providing innovative and viable HR solutions.

I have just recently relocated to Ireland, and looking for a position within Human Resources both contract and permanent.

Until very recently as a contract HR Manager with a German multinational with 3000 employees, 6 European production sites and one site in China. I developed and managed a new country HR function ensuring a smooth transition merger plan bringing three local companies into the group. I streamlined all HR processes ensuring smooth and accurate administration during the merger.

Previously I held a Regional HR Manager role in Dubai, designing a new HR function servicing 1800ca employees in 9 countries, where I followed the company’s transformation from being privately help to be public on the NYSE.

I am recognised as an excellent people manager with a demonstrable track record in the delivery of organisational culture change, training and development initiatives.
