CRM Executive
We are currently hiring a CRM Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Operations Department to help develop and maximise the CRM system’s functionality to support the firm’s business strategy, with emphasis on data quality.

About the role
In this role you will be:
- Developing an in depth understanding of the Firm’s CRM and related systems
- Assisting in the delivery of training. This will include phone support, face-to-face training, end- user documentation, video recording and Super-User training
- Answering CRM Support Queries and directing users to the relevant ‘how to’ information, escalating to your Line Manager / Support where relevant
- Supporting the CRM Manager with data management projects including specific data audits and data cleanse projects as well as testing and implementation of upgrades and new applications
- On-going management of data inputs to the system so that information being added to the CRM is monitored sufficiently. This includes configuring the DCM tickets, reviewing new records for accuracy and completeness; managing duplicate data
- Monitoring Data Quality – Carrying out weekly and monthly reviews as instructed, editing data where relevant, and documenting statistics
- Gaining an understanding of the reporting requirements of the Marketing / Business Development teams and the wider Firm, collaborating to assist with the development of a suite of key reports that will deliver optimal insights
- Ensuring effective record and file keeping is maintained in relation to the role’s areas of responsibility
Required Skills & Experience- An innate flair and passion for detail and data accuracy
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A good working knowledge and understanding of the GDPR
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Flexible and willing to support multiple functions, business units and competing demands
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities, working under pressure and to strict deadlines

- Experience using InterAction
- Experience using Power Bi or similar reporting applications such as Tableau
- Experience delivering training in person and/or virtually
