This is a standout opportunity for a proven professional to lead a major office relocation, overseeing the full project lifecycle including planning, vendor management, and budget responsibility, while also managing day-to-day facilities and operations.


    • Lead and deliver a large-scale office move, including planning, execution, and budget management

    • Oversee facilities management, front of house, office services, and supplier/vendor relationships

    • Manage property-related projects and liaise with landlords, consultants, and contractors

    • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and support business continuity planning

    • Drive operational excellence in a hybrid working environment

    • Proven experience leading large office relocations, including budget ownership

    • 10+ years in facilities and project management, ideally within professional services

    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

    • Expertise in facilities operations, supplier management, and H&S compliance

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
