This is a standout opportunity for a proven professional to lead a major office relocation, overseeing the full project lifecycle including planning, vendor management, and budget responsibility, while also managing day-to-day facilities and operations.

Lead and deliver a large-scale office move, including planning, execution, and budget management
Oversee facilities management, front of house, office services, and supplier/vendor relationships
Manage property-related projects and liaise with landlords, consultants, and contractors
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and support business continuity planning
Drive operational excellence in a hybrid working environment

Proven experience leading large office relocations, including budget ownership
10+ years in facilities and project management, ideally within professional services
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in facilities operations, supplier management, and H&S compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
